  • What is the minimum notice required for placing an order?

    We require at least one week's notice for orders between 6-12 cupcakes and two weeks' notice for orders of more than 12 cupcakes.

  • Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?

    At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan cupcakes.

  • How do I place an order? What about for my corporate event or large party?

    Orders can be placed directly through our website via the Shop page, or get in touch if you need a quote for a bulk order or for a function.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Cancellations for any reason will result in a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

  • When and where can I pick up my order?

    Pickup times will be arranged after you place your order. Please note that no pickups are available on Sundays or Mondays.

  • What happens if I’m late for my pickup?

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • What are your delivery hours?

    Local deliveries are made between 9 AM and 5 PM on the scheduled date.

  • What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

    If no one will be available, please provide a safe location in the order notes form.

  • How long do the cupcakes stay fresh for?

    Our floral cupcakes are best enjoyed within 3-4 days of pickup/delivery. Keep refrigerated until you want to serve them, allow 30 mins before serving for best result.

  • What ingredients are in your cupcakes and are there any allergens?

    Below are a list of ingredients for both cupcake bases and any allergens.


    Vanilla Cupcakes:

    Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Butter, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Sour cream, Whole Milk, Icing Sugar

    Contains: Eggs, Dairy (Butter, Milk, Sour Cream), Gluten, Wheat

    May Contain Traces of Nuts (peanuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pine nut, pistachio, walnut), Mollusc, Crustacea, Fish, Shellfish, Sesame, Soy, Lupin

    Chocolate Cupcakes:

    Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Buttermilk (whole milk and juice of a lemon), Vegetable Oil, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Butter, Icing Sugar

    Contains: Eggs, Dairy (Butter, Milk), Gluten, Wheat
